Not a dye and not a toner. This is a neutralizer, so white and gray strands turn into reflections instead of a flat block of color, and the result builds with each use rather than landing all at once. Dark is the deepest of the three. No ammonia, no oxidizers, and depending on use and hair structure it covers 10% to 70% of the white.
How to Use
Wash with shampoo and towel off the excess. Wait until the hair is completely dry, then apply evenly over the white strands wearing gloves. Do not apply over bleached or colored sections. Run a strand test first.
