30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened and in its original condition and packaging. Opened or used beauty and hair-care products are not eligible for return.

Starting a return

Please contact TMB Hair Care before sending any product back. Include your order number and the item you wish to return. Products sent without prior authorization might not be accepted.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos of the package and product so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
