All orders are fulfilled from our partner warehouse in Rockville, Maryland.

No. Your order ships from within the United States, so there is no international parcel or customs charge at your door.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $8. Orders of $75 or more receive free standard shipping. Express shipping is $15.

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping is estimated at 3 to 5 business days. Express shipping is estimated at 1 to 2 business days after processing.

Which brands do you carry?

Our catalog includes professional Brazilian hair-care brands such as Beox, Nazca, Le Charmes and others.

Do you offer professional pricing?

Yes. Licensed salon professionals can apply for 25% off eligible professional products. Applications are reviewed manually, and approved accounts see professional pricing after signing in. The ongoing minimum order is $250.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
