Shipping Policy

We want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to US domestic addresses only (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS and UPS. Once shipped, most orders are delivered within:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
- Orders under $75: shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the USPS or UPS website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Check around your property and with neighbors.
- Contact your local post office or UPS facility with your tracking number.
- If the package cannot be located, contact us at support@tmbhaircare.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact us at support@tmbhaircare.com within 7 days and we will help you file a claim with the carrier. While we cannot guarantee recovery of packages confirmed delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, we will do our best to assist you. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@tmbhaircare.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@tmbhaircare.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed or shipped.
