Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition — not opened, used, or altered.
  • In their original packaging, including any seals, labels, and accessories.
  • Returned within the 30-day window.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used hair care products (shampoos, conditioners, treatments, masks, serums, etc.).
  • Items marked as final sale.

This is standard practice in the professional hair care industry to protect all of our customers.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@tmbhaircare.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the cases listed below.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide either a full refund or a replacement — your choice. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit on your statement.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@tmbhaircare.com. We process orders quickly, so cancellations can only be accepted before the order has shipped. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
