Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and US territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $8.99 flat rate on all orders.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $75 (subtotal) ship free.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak shipping periods.

Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy

For health and hygiene reasons, and due to the personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. All sales of opened or used items are final.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, you are eligible for a free replacement or full refund. To qualify, you must:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tmbhaircare.com.
  2. Include your order number, a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Wait for our customer service team to respond with return instructions (typically within 1-2 business days).

Return Shipping

  • If the issue is our fault (damaged, defective, or wrong item shipped), we cover the return shipping cost. You will receive a prepaid return label by email.
  • For any other approved return reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the refund decision. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items marked as “final sale”
  • Products purchased outside our website (tmbhaircare.com)
  • Products returned more than 7 days after delivery

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at support@tmbhaircare.com and we will help you file a claim with the carrier. We are unable to refund or replace packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address.
